Sign in to your virtual office (www.mydoterra.com). Click the purple “Shop” tab. Choose ”Experience the Exciting Features of the New Shopping Cart.” A list with your LRP Order(s) appears. Select one and it will open the new shopping cart. (In the new window you will have your “Ship To, Bill To, Payment information, Ship Date and
contact information” across the top. Click “Edit” to make changes.)
Below are the items in your order. You have three choices: either type the item name or number in the white oval box on the top right labeled “Quick Add to Cart”, then select from the choices; click “Continue Shopping” to browse products or use the Item Search box.
Always remember to click Save or your changes will be lost. This is the most common reason for receiving a duplicate order.
When placing your LRP Order, watch the amount of PV, which is the column highlighted in red. PV is important for maintaining the percentage of points accrued and for the free product of the month (LRP orders totaling $125PV that ship by the 15th of each month receive a free product).
There is a maximum number of orders per day dôTERRA can process. Currently the 14th and 15th are not available ship days. If this is your first LRP and it is on a day that is blocked out, call Customer Service at 800-411-8151 so that the LRP processes in time for the free product. Check afterwards and move LRP date to an available day so you don’t miss out the following month.
Things to remember -
- Orders with a minimum of 1PV will maintain both Loyalty Rewards level (%) and previously accrued points.
- Product credits expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Product credits can be used to purchase full PV products only.
- A redemption fee of $3 per $100 of points used is charged. Maximize to come as close to 99PV as possible.
- You pay applicable Sales Tax and Shipping. (Redeeming with standard LRP Order saves shipping costs).
- You can’t get diffusers with points.
